Timestamp fields

event_time_utc records when the reported event occurred. received_at_utc records when that provider record entered the database.

02

Source precedence

For terminal assignment: current terminal nomination, then confirmed port call, then declared AIS destination. AIS text alone is non-binding and may be stale.

03

Cargo identity

IMO plus voyage ID is the primary cargo key. Repeated reports from multiple feeds do not represent additional physical cargoes.

04

Gas day

European terminal gas days begin at 06:00 local terminal time. Provider arrival timestamps are UTC; standard sendout starts on the arrival gas day unless an operational constraint prevents it.

05

Standard sendout profile

Unless a terminal notice overrides timing, allocate the cargo energy to regasification sendout as 20% on Day 0, 50% on Day 1, and 30% on Day 2.

06

Terminal inventory bridge

Discharge adds LNG energy to terminal tank inventory. Regasification sendout removes it from terminal inventory and is the LNG supply flow into the gas system; the two dates may differ when operations constrain sendout.

07

Unit conversion

The balance convention uses 10.8 GWh per mcm. This reference package does not publish an m³ LNG-to-energy conversion; do not manufacture one.

08

Unresolved evidence

When equal-precedence records conflict and no tie-break is published, retain both observations and mark the operational result unresolved.

State labels

laden_underway
Vessel reports laden and is moving.
ballast_underway
Vessel reports ballast; proximity to a terminal is not evidence of a laden import cargo.
